Defendant(s): Math. Todd, Edmund Todd, John Shepperd.
Subject of depositions: Sedgill Moor, in the parish of Kirkby Kendall. Customs of tenants of manors of Sadgill and Kirkby Kendall. Common of pasture in Sleddall, Stockdale, late in the possession of Sir James Layburne.
County/place: Westmorland.
Date of commission: 7 November 1580.
