Description

Short title: Queen v Bluett.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen, by Christopher Lewys.

Defendant(s): Thomas Bluett and others.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Earles Barton, and the pasture called the town pasture or heath (common rights), and soil of the same pasture, and a well or fountain of water in the yard of John Parbery, sometime called "James, his yard" or "Bett, his yard" now the freehold of Sir John Spencer.

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 9 February 1580.
