Description

Short title: Zouche v Sacheverell.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Zouche.

Defendant(s): Henry Sacheverell.

Subject of depositions: Lordships of Codnor and Heynor, and the lordships of Smalley, Kiddesley, and Morley, and Loscowe highway or carriage road, for coals through Kiddesley Park and Denbye lordship, for coals, etc; and coals obtained near Ollercarre Park.

County/place: Derbyshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1580.
