Description

Short title: Queen v Bokewiche.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen.

Defendant(s): George Bokewiche or Bekewiche.

Subject of depositions: Usury. Money lent by George Bokewich, of Saint Germans, to John Langdon, for a lease of 42 years of certain lands in the barten of Kev'ell called Pole Park, Crosse Park, Burnebush, and Beeffe Park, Inner Stresyk, Out Stresyke, Old Kev'ell, the Warren, and Hyllmeadows, Brodepark, Cannell, Lambpark, Middlehyll. Fishing in River Here, Stresyk House.

County/place: Cornwall; Devon.

Date of commission: 12 February 1580.
