Description

Plaintiff(s): The Queen.

Defendant(s): [unknown].

Subject of depositions: Usury. Money was lent by William Rawe alias Pendarius to Henry Megge, and by Richard Denysse, of Peryne, to John Saphe, William Bodye, of St Jermyns, to John Langdon, John Braye, of St Clere, to John Langdon, Richard Corrye to John Langdon, John Russheley to John Langdon, Robert Langfforde to John Langdon, William Buggins to Hugh Harrys, John Trewbodye and George Leckwycke to John Langdon, Richard Hardyn to Edward Smythe, William Maye to Edward Smythe, Thomas Maye, of Morton, to Thomas Stucklye, Thomas Maye to Marke Slader, Nicholas Dottynge to John Wotton, contrary to the Statute.

County/place: Cornwall.
