Short title: Pennell v Fletcher.

Plaintiff(s): William Pennell.

Defendant(s): Alexander Fletcher, Dionise Fletcher, Richard Orde, Richard Thackwraye, George Massy.

Subject of depositions: Lands and tenements in Billingley, Cudworth, and Royston or Rouston. How much of the yearly rents from the premises went towards the maintenance of the Ladyes Preste, of Royston or Rouston, to sing or say mass.
