Description

Short title: Wyles v Toke.

Plaintiff(s): John Wyles, Richard Poole.

Defendant(s): Richard Toke, Richard Coste, John Knight, Edmond Nott, John Everinge.

Subject of depositions: Hundred of Street, and the vills within the same, as to payments of the fifteenth taxation, namely the vills of Sellynge, Lympne, Ostynhanger, Bonyngton, Aldington, and Horste, the hundreds of Lougbrygge and Newchurche, the taxation was on the separate towns.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 2 July 1579.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 September 1579 at Assheford.
