Description

Short title: Winter v Thorpe.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Winter, Richard Addams.

Defendant(s): Peter Thorpe, Richard Messenger, Thomas Sparlinge.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Conysthorpe, whether Anthony Thorpe, father of Peter Thorpe, one of the defendants, was in his lifetime seized of the manor of Conysthorpe, in reversion after the death of his mother, who outlived him as is stated. Certain leases of same manor.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 8 July 1579.
