Description

Short title: Whytney v Done.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Whytney, for the Queen.

Defendant(s): Rauffe Done.

Subject of depositions: Forest of Dalamere, supposed encroachments of the same near the town of Utkenton and Kelsall. Inclosures called Hawkesmore, in the parish of Torperley. Survey of the manor of Kelsall and Utkinton, and forest of Deelamere alias Dalamere.

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 7 July 1579.
