Short title: Heblethwayt v Baynbrygge.

Plaintiff(s): James Heblethwayt.

Defendant(s): Francis Baynbrygge, Robert Loftus.

Subject of depositions: Land inclosed from the common or waste in the manor of Coverham by the tenants of Caldberge, common of pasture on Caldberge Moor.
