Description

Short title: Malyn v Drake.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Malyn.

Defendant(s): John Drake, Robert Harrison.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of Wromegey or Wormegey, parcel of the priory of same. The bounds and limits of the villages of Wromegey or Wormegey, Westbridge, Tottnehill alias Totnill, and Sechie, and the commons and Wormegey sheep-course, and pastures called Esthall Close, Roughffenn, and Hillingtons; Watlington Hemppitts, Bushefen Eye, and by Dimstall Dike between Marham and Wormegey, Sendringham Eye the bounds of fosson.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 11 June 1578.
