Short title: Clerkstone v Calverte.
Plaintiff(s): Henry Clerkstone, Edmund Walker, and others tenants of Cokerham.
Defendant(s): John Calverte.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Cokerham, parcel of the monastery of Leicester; customs of the tenants of same manor. Tenants have to pay the rents in Court, and repair the sea weares when called upon to do so.
County/place: Lancashire.
Date of commission: 14 June 1578.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 September 1578 at Cokerham.
