Plaintiff(s): The tenants of Harford or Hertford, county Huntingdonshire.
Defendant(s): Sir Henry Cromwell [first set] also Thomas Lovell; Sir Henry Cromwell [second set].
Subject of depositions: Town of Harford or Hertford, whether the inhabitants have common of pasture in the forest of Sapley. Incroached lands [first set]; Wood called Sapley, what parish it is in, whether common of pasture was enjoyed by the tenants of Harford. Bounds of same forest, and incroachments on the Crown freehold [second set].
County/place: Huntingdonshire.
Date of commission: 7 June 1578.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 and 12 August 1578 at Huntingdon.
