Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Rydon.

Defendant(s): [unknown].

Subject of depositions: Common of Penge, in what parish it is (reported to be in Batrichsey), and coppice called Gravel Hill Coppice, parcel of the said common of Penge, the Vicar's Oak, in the parish of Croydon, adjoins the common of Penge, boundaries of the parishes of Croydon and Battersey.

County/place: Surrey.
