Description

Short title: Lightfott v Fowler.

Plaintiff(s): James Lightfott, Thomas Chapman, John Vyke, John Syforde, customary tenants of the manor of Kingestanley and the Queen.

Defendant(s): James Fowler, Gyles Daunt, Humfry Osborne, William Flower.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Kingestanley and Stonehowse, and a meadow called Stonehouse Home, which of the same had right of common on the said meadow, and bounds of the two manors.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 27 June 1577.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 September 1577 at Paineswick.
