Description

Short title: Gorge v Laiborne.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Gorge.

Defendant(s): James Laiborne and Bridgett.

Subject of depositions: Death of Sampson Norton, son of Richard Norton, of Norton, attainted of high treason, who was the husband of Bridgett before she married Laiborne, where Sampson died and was buried.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1577.
