Short title: Syday v Payton.

Plaintiff(s): Gefferey Syday, farmer of the parsonage of Cavenham.

Defendant(s): Thomas Payton, farmer of the parsonage of Gaslye.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of the parish of Cavenham, and bounds of the same parish from parish of Gaslye.
