Plaintiff(s): Roger Prideaux.

Subject of depositions: Prior and priory of Bodmyn, Thomas Monday alias Wansworth, and Nicholas Prideaux, a conventual lease made to Nicholas Prideaux of the tithes of Bodmyn, Menyfre, Padestowe, and Cuthberte, 26 Henry VIII for 30 years.
