Description

Short title: Queen v Bathe.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen, and William Briges, Queen's farmer.

Defendant(s): Clement Bathe.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Smalebrooke and Bishopstrowe, lands lying in the same manors or one of them, formerly parcel of the monastery of Laycock or Lacock; also concerning the parish of Warminster, and tithes.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 22 June 1575.
