Description

Short title: Queen v [unknown].

Plaintiff(s): The Queen.

Defendant(s): [unknown].

Subject of depositions: Foeffement made by Laurence Cutelyf, John Husbonde, to John Cutclyf, John Anderton the younger, John Docton, Hugh Priest, Thomas Velley, John Secham, Ed. Draper, and John Deyman, of all their lands, in West Stodden, Northam, Abbottesham, Southeleigh, Forefelde, Jeryshe, Westputford, Chippinge, Torreton-in-Harton, and joyning to Harton Myll, Bakesworthie, and Warnelegh. Rolls of account kept in an iron-bound chest in the church of Hartlonde, [?] whether lands for superstitious uses in church of Hartelonde, Sir John Husbonde, parish priest.

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 12 February 1574.
