Description

Short title: Queen v Foster.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen.

Defendant(s): Giles Foster.

Subject of depositions: Water corn-mill upon the Caulcey, by Newark-upon-Trent, whether in the parish of Newark or Stoke, and bounds of the two parishes, to whom tithes were paid, and Tolneye pasture called Tolney Conygre (or warren of Conyes.).

County/place: Nottingham.

Date of commission: 26 May 1571.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 and 12 June 1571 at Newark-on-Trent.
