Description

Short title: Tenants of Bishop's Cleve v Tenants of Sowtham.

Plaintiff(s): Tenants of Bishop's Cleve.

Defendant(s): Tenants of Sowthham.

Subject of depositions: Common down or waste ground called Clevehills alias Cleveshill, and places on the same common called Barnewoods Cross, Coverclowde, Baldenheth, Old Hull, and Myddell Downe, whether parcel of the manor of Bishop's Cleve, or manor of Sowthham or Sowtham, and bounds of same manors.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 15 May 1564.
