Presented by james Harvey Bloom, esq., acting on behalf of Richard Grenville, 19th Lord Willoughby de Broke, about October 1921. Sir Robert Heath (1575-1649), chief justice of the Court of Common Pleas and subsequently of that of King's Bench, whose grand-daughter, Margaret, marries George, 12th Lord Willoughby de Broke, in 1683, was appointed master of the Court of Wards and Liveries on 13 May 1641. The acount of his life in the Dictionary of National Biography refers to his papers as being in the possession of his descendant [|Robert John, 17th] Lord Willoughby de Broke, about 1854.
