Respondent: Thomas Richards, Morgan Richards, Morgan Richards, John Jones, John Jones, Edward Lloyd and Rees Richards, master mariners, William Griffiths, ship builder, David Homfray esq, all of Port Madoc, Carnarvon, owners of the late schooner Integrity. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 13 Dec 1859. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
