Appellant: Robert Malcomson of Clonmel, Tipperary, William Malcomson, David Malcomson and George Pim Malcomson, all of Portlaw, county of Waterford, Ireland, merchants, owners of the screw steamship Malvina. Respondent: John Meeson of Stratford, owner ofthe barge Mystery. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 6 Dec 1861. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
