Respondent: Robert Girwin of Liverpool, merchant, James Gales, master mariner, and William Read, gent, both of Littlehampton, Sussex, owners of the ship Florence Nightingale. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 22 Feb 1862. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
