Respondent: Garofalo Hadji Calojani and Nicolo Girro, both of Trieste, owners of the barque Despina, and Constantino Geralopulo of Finsbury, Middx, owner of her cargo. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 3 Sept 1853. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
