Respondent: Margaret Roberts of Milford Haven, Pembroke, owner of the schooner Margaret Roberts, and Pantaleon Constantine Salvago, Michael Constantine Salvago, Augustine Nicholas Salvago and Nicholas Demetrius Psiachi, all of 1 Circus Place, Finsbury, Middx, owners of the cargo aboard the Margaret Roberts, and also Llewellyn James, master, and her crew. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 11 Dec 1853. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
