Respondent: John Rogers of White Hart Court, Lombard Street, London, and John Rodd of Bideford, Devon, owners of the barque Marshal Bennett. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 24 Nov 1848. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
