Salaries of Treasury officers (named). Board of Health: appointment of a medicalcommissioner; fears of cholera epidemic; Dr. Richard Owen's public service. Thames conservancy legislation. Office of Woods etc.: proposed enquiry; question of crown lands' revenue. Board of Trade: Times accusation on monthly returns. Chelsea Hospital: question of appointment of secretary. Question of drainage of Regent and Richmond parks. Death of Lord Melbourne. Navigation Laws: question of reciprocity by other countries. Correspondence: Lord Morpeth; Sir C. Wood; Sir C. Trevelyan; E. Ellice; H. Labouchere; Dr. B. C. Brodie and others. Ireland. J.R's visit. Poor Laws: need for amendments. Question of payment of R.
