Appointments, various: changed, offered, accepted or declined. Correspondence: Lords Anglesey, Fortescue, Kinnaird, Stair; R. L. Sheil; G. Byng; H. Rich; B. Hawes; R. More O'Ferrall; E. Ellice; Milner Gibson; C.P. Villiers; Admirals Warren, Parker, Adam; W. Gibson Craig; D. Dundas and others. Appointments to royal household: Changed, offered, accepted or declined. Correspondence: Lords Effingham, Liverpool, Torrington, Cowper, Breadalbane, Donegal, Camperdown, Camoys; Duke of Roxburgh. Appointments: civil, legal, service, and sinecure, mainly self-requested.
