Kent, gentleman, William Dabeny, of the parish of St. Faith, London, gentleman, John Elyot of Estpeccham, co. Kent, yeoman, and John Keyser of the same, of the following bull:- Paul II. to John [Pygge,] bishop of Ardfert, residing in the city of London, and the abbots of Westminster and St. Albans to hear and decide an appeal against the sentence of Thomas Wynterburne, auditor of causes in the court of Thomas [Bourchier.] archbishop of Canterbury, in a suit brought by Isabella Keyser, wife of Thomas Stephyn, against John Keyser, of Estpeccham, the younger, relative to his action as executor of the will of the late John Keyser, the elder.
