Transcript of a notarial instrument exemplifying the following bull:- Boniface IX to patriarchs, archbishops, bishops and ordinaries and others exercising any authority, ecclesiastical or secular, publicly to excommunicate at the instance of Ilarius de Auria, knight, relative (cognatus) and ambassador of the emperor of Constantinople and papal nuncio, any who hold and will not restore to him moneys collected for the aid of the said emperor . . .
