Commission to master Nicholas de Vivianis, a papal chaplain and auditor, if he find certain letters of Urban VI., whereby provision was made to Nicholas Coek, a priest of the diocese of York, of the vicarage of Stanstedmontfichet, to have been surreptitious, to impose perpetual silence on the said Nicholas concerning the same; it being alleged that the rectory of that church was united by Innocent VI. to the priory of Thremenhale, without a portion for a vicar ever having been reserved.
