Notarially witnessed letters of Thomas Fastolf, archdeacon of Norwich and a papal chaplain, to the abbots of Burton on Trent and Derley, the prior of Repindon, the dean of Lichfield, the archdeacons of Coventry and Stafford and the officials of those archdeacons, and all rectors and vicars of parish churches of the city and diocese of Lichfield, containing a sentence of excommunication against those monks of St. Pierre sur Dives, who do not after three days' warning cease their intrusion into the priory of Tuttebury.
