Reservation to William de Saxeby, in reward for his services in connection with the deanery of York to Talayrand cardinal priest of St. Peter ad Vincula, of a benefice of the value of 40 marks, if with cure, or of 25 marks, if without cure, in the gift of the abbess and convent of Shaftesbury, notwithstanding that he holds a canonry of and prebend in Heghtrebiry and a perpetual chapelry in the prebendal [church] of Chuyte, the latter of which he is to resign.
