Order to Thomas Fastolf, archdeacon of Norwich and a papal chaplain, Henry de Idesworth, a canon of London, and Richard de Thormerton, a canon of Exeter, to restore Ralph de Derby, the sub-prior, and the monks (named) of the priory of Tuttebury to peaceful possession of that priory and to the same position in which they were, before the claim was made by the abbot of St. Pierre sur Dives that their priory was subject to him.
