Order to O. cardinal deacon of St. Adrian, papal legate, to revoke all proceedings taken since the appeal of the prior and convent of the Holy Trinity, London, in a suit concerning a yearly pension brought against them by Bonavolta, clerk, nephew of O. cardinal deacon of St. Mary in Via Lata, and to proceed as ordered in former letters; or else to remit the parties to the archdeacon of Northumberland, against whose decision the appeal was made, and who is said to have since pronounced sentence of excommunication against the prior and convent.
