Order to O. cardinal deacon of St. Adrian, papal legate, to appoint two prelates, accepted by the king of England, to receive the tenth of ecclesiastical revenues for one year, which the bishops and other prelates of churches in that kingdom have collected for the defence of the kingdom and of the church of England, so that it may be usefully employed for that purpose.
