Note (Additional information about the record)
- Copy only, underneath which is a memorandum of other indulgences granted by sundry bishops to benefactors of the said hospital. It has been sealed, but the seal is missing. In the two upper corners there are many small holes, which suggest that the document was probably nailed up on a door or board for publication.
