Request to the king of England to revoke the acts of oppression and to make satisfaction for the damages inflicted by his command upon the bishop of St. Davids, who in accordance with the ancient custom of his diocese has jurisdiction in cases relating to patronage, but has been prevented from dealing with such and has been summoned to answer the king's justices why he dares to decide such questions in an ecclesiastical court.
