Order to the bishops of Ely and Carlisle to revoke what has been done and pronounce invalid whatever may be done by the abbots of Aberconway (Haberconnuum) and Cymmer (Keneri) in pursuance of papal letters commanding them to absolve David prince of NorthWales from an oath which he took to obey the commands of the king of England.
