Grant to the bishop of Winchester and the abbot of Quarr (Quarraria) that they may for this occasion absolve certain monks and lay brothers of Quarr abbey who have incurred excommunication for violence, retention of property, disobedience or conspiracy, some of which monks have celebrated divine offices and received orders while so disqualified, but those guilty of serious offences are to be sent to the apostolic see for absolution.
