Short title: Kellyk v Sakevyle.
Plaintiffs: Nicholas Kellyk, John Cawston, and others, husbandmen, tenants of the King's manor of Stockwell.
Defendants: Richard Sakevyle, knight, chancellor of the court of Augmentations.
Subject: Making leases to other persons of plaintiffs' tenements in Stockwell, they being common victuallers to the city of London, and serving the King in "alle carriages farre and nere".
