- Crown Agents (staff of the Stann Creek railway, appointment of Superintendent of Public Works, application of Messrs Boyle and Aplin for an increase of salary, export of tortoiseshell to Germany, loan legislation, Professor Boyce's report on yellow fever);
- Foreign Office (revolution in Honduras, telegraph convention in Mexico, Mr Tower's visit to the Colony, navigation of and smuggling on river Hondo, direct money order exchange with Mexico, outrage by Mexican Customs officials, pan-American medical congress, Mexican violation of British territory in 1906, affairs of Central America, British Honduras - Guatemala boundary, complaint against British SS Don Felipe, clearing of mangroves from river Hondo);
