Description

Ian Forbes Townshend and Leopold Ronald Basil Garcia charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of public justice, perjury and making false statements in order to fraudulently procure a passport: passport application form and business cards pertainingto a false identity created by Townshend, with photograph of Garcia attached to the application form.
