Signing of Tokyo-Nanking Treaty on 30 Nov 1940 by Ambassador General Nobuyuki Abe and President Wang Ching Wei of Chinese National Government and the signing of the instrument of mutual recognition by Abe, Ching-Wei and Chang Shih-I for government of Mauchoukuo.
