Description

This series consists of bills of complaint (often printed), informations exhibited by the attorney general, answers, depositions and affidavits.

They relate to a wide variety of matters, including administration of estates, company winding-up, mortgages and partnerships. There is also a file of the Court of Bankruptcy, 1831-1833, and some miscellaneous material, such as notes on cases, 1862-1866, lists of causes and fees, 1853-1868, and fees raised at the Examiner's Office, 1853-1861.

Most of the documents are dated c1850 to 1860.
