Description

Cause: Re De Falbé Ward v Taylor (1900 D.127) Duplicate inventories of jewels belonging to the estate of Eleanor Lucy De Falbé, widow, deceased, of Grosvenor Sq, LONDON W, to be held severally for life by Henrietta Maria Forbes, widow, and Amelia Alice Julia Fraser, widow; certificates of shares belonging to the same estate; principal plaintiff being William Humble Dudley Ward. Deposited (i) 20 September 1900 and (ii) 24 April 1901 by defendant St. John Stewardson Taylor.
