Description

Cause: Oliver v Steed (1845 010) Probates (1843 and 1846) of the will of Miss Lucy Penn of Baldock, HERTFORDSHIRE, of whom defendant John Steed was executor; accounts and papers relating to her affairs and those of William Oliver Penn, brewer, of Baldock. Printed manual, Brewery: Dring and Fage's Improved Saccharometer for Ascertaining the Strength of Worts, (1834). Printed music Book, Williams' Piano Forte Scrap Book Number 1 (published by B. Williams, West Smithfield [n.d.]). Sheet of lithographed views of Royal Agricultural Society's Showyard and Dinner at Cambridge, 1840, published by Day and Haghe. Deeds and papers relating to property at Baldock, Cottered, Bygrave, Stevenage, Norton, Weston, Willian and Clothall, HERTFORDSHIRE, Clifton and Stotfold, BEDFORDSHIRE, and St. Neots, HUNTINGDONSHIRE, and manor of Cran or Crandon in Tetworth, HUNTINGDONSHIRE, Gamlingay, CAMBRIDGESHIRE, and Tempsford, BEDFORDSHIRE. Probated of the will of Richard Luddington of St. Neots, maltster (1764), administration of Elizabeth Moss of Baldock (1721), and original will of Emma Wilson of Baldock, widow. (1680). Deposited by defendant.
